With many years of experience in the fashion sector, I have decided to dedicate my experience to designing my own label.
With fashion in mind, my knowledge and love for fabric and colour has led me to vintage fabrics and their use within interiors and personal styling.
My work has been featured in magazines such as Elle Decoration and Country Homes & Interiors and as a result commissions of an entire collection of cushions have been specially designed and made for these customers.
My collection of cushions is designed to enhance everyone’s home whatever style or budget you may have, and with little effort achieve the ‘wow’ factor!
The look of a room can be transformed by using my vintage cushion to bring layers of colour and shape into every room.
Each cushion is unique and handcrafted by me, in most cases there may be enough fabric for 2 or 3 cushions, but each piece of sourced fabric, there is another to co-ordinate with other to make a collection of cushions suitable to seating-rooms or bedrooms.
Keeping within the vintage theme, my second group of designs are made into handbags, finished with real bamboo handles and fully lined to give strength to each bag.
Collecting and sourcing fabrics have always been irresistible to me. For years I have collected Victorian lace, curtains, tablecloths, blouses and petticoats - I have even made a wedding dress for one of my clients using various pieces. All have had an enticing effect on my life, so much so that I have decided to design and sell through my website.
From the practicality point-of-view - these cushions are available in limited numbers. Most of the cushions featured on the web site are one-off. In some cases were a little more fabric is available, a few more can be made. More information if available next to the cushion captions.
