UK via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (parcels must be
signed for) - £6.50
(Outside of the UK, please enquire for delivery costs.)
Goods are normally delivered within 7 - 14 working days from receipt of order and subject to availability. We will confirm receipt of your order via e-mail (unless otherwise requested) and contact you again when payment has been received and the product is being posted.
All goods are personally inspected prior to dispatch and after-care instructions will be sent together with the goods.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return or exchange an item:
- Contact us by e-mail or telephone within 48 HOURS of receipt, when we will advise you of our returns procedure.
- It is important that you do advise us if you are returning goods so that we can ensure and confirm safe receipt.
- Goods should be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Articles must not be used / soiled.
- Wherever possible, re-use the original packaging to return the item.
- Enclose your name, address and contact details with the item being returned.
